I meandered out into the shop to take a peed under my care since it's such a rare opportunity for me to walk under it. The dealership is - very - nice and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my care. I also got to sit in a BRZ...so much want haha. I wish my WRX had that interior!! especially the seats! I like this dealership a lot better than the Mooresville dealer I was going to when my office was up there. The Subie is treating me really well and I'm still very happy my first new car was a WRX. And this is my second WRX as well. Thank you.

My family went to this location after finding the SUV we wanted online. We proceeded with the process to receive financing through outbound credit union, who gave approval for the sale. We were told that this was all that was needed to keep the vehicle from being sold to another buyer. The same day we received a call from the same salesman saying that someone was looking at the car and that we needed to put down a deposit to keep it from being sold. So either the salesman gave misinformation or he flat out lied. I'm inclined to believe the latter. Strike One. He claims that he contacted the credit union but was told that they were backlogged due to tax season, but we called the credit union and was able to contact someone immediately. Strike Two. After some deliberation we decided to place the deposit but was then told that they had to wait to see if the other potential buyer got approval before our deposit could be taken-when we were just told 15 minutes earlier that the deposit would hold the car. These people never intended to hold the car for us even though our financing had already been approved and they had confirmation of that. Mike and the rest of the salesman are a bunch of snakes, run in the other direction and hopefully they'll go out of business. Jerks.

finding a 3.6 is harder than finding a needle in haystack right now in this area. There are none at any of the local dealers. Arrived at this dealer to test drive a 2.5 even though I wanted a 3.6 just to see if I liked the feel of the car/looks etc. I had been emailing with another dealer the same day about the one 3.6 they had on the lot. At the time I didn't realize they were so hard to find. Concord is closer so I went there first before making the 45 plus minute drive to the other dealer. After driving the car I told the salesperson Joe Power that I liked it but if I purchased an Outback I would get the 3.6 and that another dealer had one. He told me he would love to make a sale but if they had one and it was what I wanted I should call them and tell them I am on the way and get there fast. He then pulled up the "local" dealers inventory and there were only 13 3.6s on a lot or in queue for delivery for the next few weeks. in surrounding states! I had no idea I was looking into a car that was hard to find. Called the other dealer and the car was gone. That sales person was supposed to call me back quickly with any 3.6 inventory I could put a deposit on. In the mean time Joe told me to go drive any other make/model I was considering. Concord had ONE 3.6 scheduled to arrive in 2 - 3 weeks but Joe did not pressure me to put a deposit on the car. He explained the low inventory again and I looked for myself at this point. I left the dealership, drove another make/model then went back and put a deposit on the car. Joe called every few days checking in with me on the status of delivery even when there was no change in status. He was pleasant to work with and I would recommend him as a salesperson. I am rating price as average as there isn't a lot of negotiating on price for a car that someone else will gladly purchase before it even hits the dealer lot. This seems to be the theme for the Outback 3.6 version I have read on Subaru forums as well. I did get a package upgrade though....so not too disappointed since this was the vehicle I wanted.

I have been a loyal Honda owner for almost 30 years, but Subaru of Concord has changed everything. This was the easiest, least stressful, quickest trade I have EVER made. I never even considered Subaru because I thought they only had station wagons. Then I saw the Crosstrek on the lot in Concord and decided to take a test drive. I did all the work I could online so that our dealing process was minimalized. We told Jeff and Sean what we were willing to do and they made it happen. I absolutely LOVE this SUV! You can't go wrong at Subaru of Concord.
