Service Tip of the Month - June

Summer is officially here, which means as temperatures increase your vehicle's cooling system will be working harder to prevent engine overheating. It's a good rule of thumb to have your vehicle's coolant checked annually and changed as necessary. This will keep the coolant system fresh and clean inside, which helps prevent corrosion and assures that the coolant has the proper boiling point and protection. There are also other tests and checks that can be done to make sure that the system is fully functional and that there are no leaks.

It's important to note that the engine coolant should be mixed with water at a 50/50 ratio. Adding pure coolant to the tank without equal parts of water can decrease the cooling system's performance and coolant protection level. So, don't forget the water and remember that green coolant should never be added to blue coolant and vice versa, as both are chemically different.

We have an Engine Coolant Flush Special

for the month of June - $20 off!

We will clean the coolant by breaking down all the rust, and dirt residue, drain the liquid, flush out the system to properly remove any excess rust, and add the new OEM Manufacture Coolant back in.
