Greg Frazier has been a mechanic for the past 32 years! Mechanics was a family trade that started with Greg's father, then his older brother and then down to Greg himself. Greg focused on auto mechanics at his trade high school which gave him a great start in the auto industry. It's impressive how many people vividly remember their first car, "My first car was a 69 Dodge Dart GT. It was yellow and good to go," says Greg. "My friend actually owned it so I talked him into selling it to me. Not everyone loves their first car, but I did. We used to cruise around town and hang out at a popular restaurant. I grew up in Petersburg, VA and moved to Charlotte when I was in my 30's."
Greg is definitely a family man. "I've been married for 21 years and am enjoying it more every day. I have to 2 girls and 1 boy. I recently became the grandfather of 5 grandchild the youngest grandchild is just 1 month old!"
As a hobby Greg rides motorcycles. He currently has a Harley Badboy and enjoys riding it on the Blue Ridge Parkway with his friends.
As for Subaru Greg says, "Subaru's are excellent cars. They are the easiest car in the world to work on. They are very well designed. My favorite Subaru is the Forester. I like the way it drives, plus it's the perfect size. I had an older model Forester come in the shop that had over 300,000 miles on it, and all it was in for was a standard oil change! I've enjoying working here at Subaru Concord and plan on staying until I retire!"
