I have been a loyal Honda owner for almost 30 years, but Subaru of Concord has changed everything. This was the easiest, least stressful, quickest trade I have EVER made. I never even considered Subaru because I thought they only had station wagons. Then I saw the Crosstrek on the lot in Concord and decided to take a test drive. I did all the work I could online so that our dealing process was minimalized. We told Jeff and Sean what we were willing to do and they made it happen. I absolutely LOVE this SUV! You can't go wrong at Subaru of Concord.

Great used car buying experience; I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for a while and Rick located the year with the features I wanted at a sister dealership. He picked the car up and brought it to Concord so I could test drive it at a time convenient for me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and neither he or the sales manager applied any pressure. They were willing to negotiate some on the deal and I believe it was a fair price. Everyone else I interacted with was friendly and helpful; as pleasant an experience as car buying can be!

My sales consultant, Jim, was very professional and answered all of our questions. The entire staff worked with us on a win/win deal. As for the Outback we love it. Joe met us on the lot at our first visit to any Subaru dealer. He was extremely helpful, answering all our questions about a car we were not familiar with. He convinced us this was the make we needed for uor new mountain house and winter driving. The buying process with the sales manager, service manager, and the finance manager was very satisfactory. I'll be recommending this dealership to my friends. We even got to drive in some early snow flurries in the NC mountains yesterday.
